Los Coreanos was founded in the kitchen of a hospital worker who had a strong passion for cooking and the need to share his dishes with his co-workers who had gotten tired of the same, boring cafeteria food every day. The idea was to provide a line of original concept fusion dishes that mixed traditional Korean foods with Mexican street tacos found throughout all of Southern California.
